Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed on semaqs.com by PENROSE PROPERTIES, LLC. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping policies.
1. Order Processing Time
Physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods for all US orders:

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $75 or more before tax. The threshold is calculated on the product subtotal only; shipping fees from any additional items do not count toward the free shipping minimum.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery route. You will receive the carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment. You can also track your order by visiting the carrier's website directly:

- FedEx: fedex.com/tracking
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We ship to PO Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only (not available for Express or Overnight). We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship physical products within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US territories. International shipping is not currently available for physical products.
Digital products are available worldwide. Customers outside the US can purchase digital downloads through our standard checkout process with immediate access after payment.
7. Delivery Estimates
Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimates are based on normal conditions and may be affected by:
- Weather events or natural disasters
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
- Carrier delays outside our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
We are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, then reach out to us if the issue is not resolved.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and in secure locations around your property.
- Contact the carrier to file a missing package report.
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or credit.
