Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping delivers in 2–3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers the next business day. Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase confirmation.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window on all physical products from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, but we do offer exchanges for a different edition or product of equal or lesser value within 30 days.
Currently, we ship physical products within the United States only. Digital downloads are available worldwide with immediate access after payment confirmation. We plan to expand international shipping in 2025.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Most orders receive tracking updates within 24 hours of shipment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo through our secure PayPal checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Yes. Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange any physical product for a different edition or format of equal or lesser value. Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange for.
Yes. We review and update all products quarterly to reflect current market conditions, tax law changes, and regulatory updates. Customers who purchase the Complete or Professional editions receive free updates for the period specified in their plan (1 year, 2 years, or lifetime).
If your physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge via priority shipping. Damaged items do not need to be returned.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. To cancel, email [email protected] immediately with your order number. After processing begins, items can be returned per our 30-day return policy.
Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store, handle, or have access to your credit card details. Your financial information goes directly to PayPal using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $75 or more before tax. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the product subtotal. Express and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost regardless of order total.
