Return & Refund Policy

At SEMAQS, operated by PENROSE PROPERTIES, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Physical products are in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • The product was purchased directly from semaqs.com (not from a third-party reseller).
  • A valid order number is provided with the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads once the download link has been accessed or the file downloaded.
  • Software licenses once the license key has been activated or the software installed.
  • Subscription-based products after the first 7 days of the subscription period.
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during shipping). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business daysof us receiving the returned item. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days; credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for a different edition, format, or product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. To request an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 daysof delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost via priority shipping. Damaged items generally do not need to be returned.

8. Digital Product Exchange Policy

While digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, we do offer a one-time exchange for a different digital product of equal or lesser value within 30 days, provided the original product has not been substantially used (e.g., templates have not been customized or distributed).
